Rules: 1. Eligibility: Participants must be eighteen (18) years as of age or older as of March 15, 2002 and legal residents of the United States, (excluding territories). Employees of Georgia Department of Industry, Trade and Tourism ("GDITT") and CondéNet ("Sponsors"), Ant Farm Interactive and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and agents and the immediate family members of each (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings, grandparents) are NOT eligible. 2. Promotion Period: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. E.T. on Friday, March 15, 2002 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. E.T. on Saturday, June 15, 2002. All entries must be received by 11:59:59 p.m. E.T. on June 15, 2002. 3. How to Enter: Visit http://travel.concierge.com/promo/georgia/sweeps.html and fill in required entry information. One entry per person or per email address. More than one entry from any person or email address will void all entries from that person or email address. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to submit multiple entries is prohibited. Sponsors may also ask optional questions. Completion of these questions is not required to enter the Sweepstakes. 4. Drawing: The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about Sunday, June 16, 2002 by Sponsors, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by certified U.S. mail within fifteen (15) days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted an alternate potential winner may be selected from all remaining eligible entries. 5. Grand Prize: One Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to one of the following cities in Georgia: Dahlonega, Savannah, Thomasville, Helen, Waycross, Athens, Atlanta, Rome, Madison, or Macon. Trip to include roundtrip coach airfare for two to selected city with three nights lodging (one room double occupancy), mid-size car rental for three days, and $750.00 total to spend on meals. Approximate Retail Value $4,500.00, depending on actual itinerary. The following terms and conditions apply. Airline tickets are for travel from a major commercial airport closest to winner's home. Carrier's regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner and guest, if applicable, must travel together. All travel must be completed within one year from the date awarded. Blackout dates may apply. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability. All other expenses and costs, not expressly listed above including but not limited to taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, and transportation to and from winner's home to airport and any other expense or cost not expressly included above are the winner's sole responsibility. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Sponsors are not responsible for lost or mutilated travel certificates and none will be replaced. Prize is nontransferable. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsors in their sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winner. Winner will be required to provide and certify taxpayer identification number before delivery of prize. 6. Other Terms and Conditions: Prior to being awarded the prize, potential winner and any guest who will share in the prize will each be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release, and except in Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited, a Publicity Release, within fourteen (14) days of notification. If any prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and another potential winner selected. Limit one prize per household. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Sponsors and those acting under the Sponsors' authority, may use winner's name, picture/portrait likeness and/or voice, for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, except in Tennessee and where otherwise prohibited. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, THE WINNER AGREES (1) TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND SPONSORS' PRIVACY POLICY; AND (2) THAT THE SPONSORS, THEIR SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND ALL OF THE SPONSORS' OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS BY WINNER FOR ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES OR PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. Subject to all federal, state and local laws. Void where prohibited. 7. Miscellaneous: All entries become the sole property of Sponsors and none will be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsors that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsors reserve the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsors are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, or misdirected entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 8.
